The Cliff…As If Diet

How to look slim by eating a reasonable amount of food each day is the key to why Will Chandler is so slim like Cliff Richard, and looks great in his clothes. So what is a ‘reasonable’ amount of food?
Here’s the answer…
ONE MAIN MEAL A DAY AND NO SNACKING.
Your meal must not contain
Chips, bread, crips or too much pastry, or deserts, (except raw fruit)
But it can contain
Meat, Vegetables (including potatoes), Boiled Rice, Fresh Fruit, and even a little sugar and cream.
So what do I eat at other times?
Lots of fruit through the day, the most common is apples (as they are also good for clean teeth). Also if I feel peckish, then a light fish only meal will suffice and this usually takes the form of Tuna or Mackerel.
What’s the schedule?
For me it is usually 3 to 5 fruit portions in the morning
Fish only at lunch time
two apples of other fruit in the afternoon
Main meal in the evening
Give an example of the main meal?
Jacket Potato Steak or Chicken with a nice low fat sauce and other vegetables
Curry, chilli, Pasta.
For a treat, the occasional Naam Bread.
What about drink?
Power to the vine – Wine is fine (in moderationof course), try Vida Nova!
Lots of water, and the occasional beer. I also cut out milk, but that is mainly because it interferes with my voice, so that is completely opitional.
Try it for a month and see, and keep us informed of how you are doing with the Cliff…As If Diet Plan.
